I had the pleasure this past weekend to document once again my town’s 5K run right down Main Street. Our YMCA, the J. Fred Corriher Jr. YMCA South Rowan branch puts this run on every year. There were over 600 runners this year for the main event and they also have a Fun Run, a one miler, and a children’s run where each child gets a medal. Aaron Crowe does an excellent job of organizing and promoting this event each year and it’s always a pleasure to work with him.
This is such a family friendly event that has many wonderful sponsors and our town does such a great job of hosting this event. Thanks to everyone involved.

This first image is great. Dad is encouraging his daughter at the end of her run. Look at the smile on her face. This will be one of many great memories I’m sure she will have of her Dad as she grows up.

Cathy Moore - It was really nice to meet and talk with you at the race. I love the pictures of my little Bama Boy (I look like I’m about to fall out at the finish in mine). Is there a way to get copies of his pictures? We have your card and hope to schedule photos in the future.
